What is
360-degree virtual reality?
Virtual Reality
is the acknowledged standard for creating and viewing photo-realistic
environments (panoramas) and real-world objects on Mac OS and Windows
computers. Users interact with virtual reality content with a complete
360-degree perspective and control their viewpoint through the mouse,
keyboard, trackpad, or trackball. Panoramas and objects are automatically
"stitched together" from digitized photographs or 3D renderings
to create a realistic visual perspective.

Uses for virtual
reality
Use
virtual reality marketing for a variety of reasons:
1.
Being There Take anyone to any location anywhere.
2. Interactive Scenes Tour a home or location by allowing users to
advance into different areas of the panoramic via hot spots. Click on a door
to the den and send them into a new panoramic in the den.
3. Spin Objects Let users view parts or products 360-degrees horizontally
or vertically giving an overall view of the product.
4. Object Specifications Make hot spots on certain critical portions of
the product to reveal specs or pricing information when the hot spot is
clicked.
